The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Impressions

So, I realize now why I’ve been so disappointed with every Skyrim review I’ve read. The game is impossible – literally impossible – to review well. I’ve tried writing a review of it, and mine always seem to be just as lacking as all of the others I’ve read. So I’m not going to try to give it a formal review – not because I don’t think it deserves one, but because I sincerely don’t feel it is possible to do it proper justice, in either a good or a bad way, in a formal review format. Here we have it – one of the most anticipated games of the year and with Diablo 3 being pushed back quite possibly the most anticipated game of the year.
